Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

To request a return, contact hello@opalcowgirl.com before sending an item back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved returns will receive Opal Cowgirl store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
